- Just my two cents amd not sure it makes any difference at this late stage of the game, but I don’t think that your ex ‘moved on’ quickly after you broke up, I think the reason she suggested you separate is because he was already waiting in the wings and they’d already gotten into a relationship before you officially parted ways. Perhaps that helps perhaps it doesn’t.
